Today has begun--showered and dressed and in the dining hall for breakfast. Espresso machine is in overload today. I'm loving it!!! Today is going to be a fun day as we are learning to make focaccia bread. The wood stove outside is burning and the smell is wonderful. It's kind of funny--it's hot during the day but very cool in the evening. I've been sleeping with the windows open and wake up to the sound of chirping birds. It doesn't get any better than this.
